    Dr. Wilbur Gall may have learned to unlock the power of a pancreas, but he has yet to unlock the power of effective marketing. I suggest a miracle pancreas-improving bracelet promoted in an infomercial in which well-dressed people drink vast quantities of sugar-sweetened Kool-Aid and demonstrate that they do not faint while wearing the bracelet.
