I’ve only seen this notice at Christmastime. Folk get snowglobes as gifts, then try to fly with them. Might be bombs, ya know. Maybe where you go, it’s Christmas year-round? :)

To be fair, such a device could be filled with sarin or a biological agent, and thrown or smashed on the floor to release it. Perhaps not likely; but then, neither was flying planes into buildings once upon a time.
