Well, being that I have experience in both food and sexual stewardship :) I know that both can be struggles that can be stewarded and overcome.

To R.R. Reno. May I offer for publication an aphorism of my own?

Women have a perfect and natural right to critize their men’s appearance, and woe betide the man who dares reciprocate.

Oh, please. Let’s not get into a whole round of “Fat people are all selfish people slobs who don’t help the poor,” because of course, we ALL know that all thin people are as compassionate and selfless as Mother Theresa. LOL. Also, being opposed to gay marriage does not make people “anti-gay” It makes them believers in tradtional marriage. Personally, i think the government needs to get out of the marriage business. Everyone whould have civil unions.

And BTW, a suggestion was made in the post that gay folks are poor and needy. Well, some may be, but as a group they are among the highest paid and best educated of any demographic.

Aside from the fact, that unless you know Maggie Gallagher personally how can you posit that she is lazy, gluttonous and prideful?”
