It looks like pre-marital counseling needs to make 2 books required reading:
Neil Postman’s – Amusing Ourselves to Death
And
Ken Myer’s – All God’s Children & Blue Suede Shoes: Christians and Popular Culture
Both books are oldies, but as true today as when they were written.
