		<description><![CDATA[Add to this the fact that, based on a medical ethics discussion for premed students at University of Pennsylvania I attended a few years back, the #1 reason for &quot;finding life intolerable&quot; and requesting PAS is not pain, suffering, or being a burden on family or caretakers, but INCONTINENCE, and this is horribly sad.]]></description>
