If First Things had a t-shirt, what would the caption read? Take part in the First Things T-Shirt Caption Contest! We are accepting readers’ ideas of a one-liner to go under the First Things logo on a t-shirt.
Please submit your name, mailing address, and suggested caption to contest@firstthings.com.
The writer of the caption we choose will receive their captioned t-shirt hot off the press.

Remember the early 90s, when bookstores used to sell t-shirts with charicatures of famous authors on the front and descriptions of their writing on the back? And it was really lame?
Please please please please please don’t do a t-shirt. No good can come of this.
