The Wonders of the Web

Just a quick post to commend to your attention an absolutely marvelous new site organized by our friends at the Witherspoon Institute .  The site— Natural Law, Natural Rights, and American Constitutionalism —is a veritable trove of primary sources, original and authoritative scholarly commentary, and links.  Although it’s a relatively new site, there’s already a lot of material posted, and there’s sure to be much  more.  It is a wonderful resource for scholars, teachers, and others interested in exploring the deeper philosophical roots of our constitution and constitutional tradition.

I’ve bookmarked it.

And while I’m at it, I should also recommend a site that has long been one of my “go-to” places when I need access to a document from American political and constitutional history— TeachingAmericanHistory.org , sponsored by the Ashbrook Center .

Happy surfing!
