		<description><![CDATA[I wouldn&#039;t be so sanguine about this denial of cert. Hossana Tabor will be dispositive so it may simply mean that this case is redundant. If I were arguing for the rights of the churches I&#039;d like a better fact pattern than Hossana for sure.]]></description>
