It was interesting to note in the “Daily Beast” article on abortion that the Guttmacher Institute was listed as “non-partisan”. It is, in fact, closely allied with Planned Parenthood.

Along with the first commenter, I grimaced at the characterization of the prospective repeal of Roe as a pro-life “fever dream.” Non-partisan journalism at its finest. The article’s author imagines women googling abortion pills, as a fulfillment of the pro-choicer’s own fever dream of back alley abortions. After approximately 1 minute, I located a crisis pregnancy center right there in Pocatello, and Mormons where I live are extremely supportive of the crisis pregnancy center in my town. Important case, yes, good article, no.

From Wikipedia:
Planned Parenthood is nonpartisan, as is The National Right to Life Committee. The National Rifle Association is also nonpartisan, no matter how closely it is associated with conservatives and Republicans (or they with it).

Wikipedia definitions and willful dense-ness to the rescue once again.
Because no social reality is “real” unless political scientists say “make it so.”
Anything interesting to say, David?
