It is not ours to determine the urgency of evangelization based on our speculations as to how many people will actually end up in Hell; it is our to remain in a state of grace and be obedient to Christ, Who said to “Go into all the world and preach the Gospel to the whole creation.”

I am inclined to think Hell is a real danger for everyone, since Jesus went to a lot of trouble for nothing if it isn’t.
