		<description><![CDATA[As I have mentioned before, Scots pleaders are great users of the passive in parenthetical expressions and adjectival clauses.

 “Which document is produced and referred to for its terms which are held to be incorporated herein brevitatis causa beyond which no admission is made…” and “which averments in answer are denied except in so far as coinciding herewith…” and &quot;which productions being to be used against you at your trial will in due time be lodged in the hands of the clerk of court...&quot;

These can be justified on all three of the grounds that you mention.]]></description>
