If there is a Holy Spirit and if those who, through sacramental consecration are empowered to act &quot;in the power of the Spirit&quot; (not of course through any human agency), the Armenians willingness to include ordained persons in their government becomes understandable.  In other words, the religious authorities are certainly not the only voice; neither though are they no voice at all.]]></description>
