		<description><![CDATA[It is the traditional role of the man to be in the working world and the woman to nurture and even teach the children in the home. If a couple can come to agreement about a stay-at-home dad, that is great. However, having been at one time in this situation, it is not an easy nor uncomplicated solution. Woman STILL make less money than men in many of the same positions. Many men do not want to be stay-at-home dads, and chaff at the idea of not being in the world. As to divorce rates regarding these statistics, I betcha there are many other psychological reasons for these numbers.]]></description>
