BUT if some sort of reasonable corporal punishment were to be brought back I am sure many would jump at the chance to get their life back. I think the problem is that we as a culture are in favor of invisible sterile solutions over messy painful ones.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Honestly I rather think flogging should be brought back. No means of law enforcement has been found that is not egregiously cruel or if cruel be not the term for the unavoidable, egregiously unpleasant. Flogging does not take away large portions of a man&#039;s life. Why not give people(at least those who are safe to allow on the street) a choice between flogging and prison. I know which I would choose.]]></description>
