Today marks the fifteen year anniversary of the Murrah Federal Building bombing and I emailed an old friend, Jayna Davis, whose book,  The Third Terrorist is by far the most accurate record of that horrific event. I reviewed her book for an old website some years ago. The review is here.

There’s always a price to pay for telling the truth.

Thanks. Interesting review of what sounds like an interesting book. Is it true? I agree that you have no reason not to believe this account, but what reason is there not to deny it either? Does this fall into the “can’t prove a negative” category? I don’t know what to believe?

IMO, Jayna Davis is a journalist who has uncovered a great deal of evidence to support her conclusions. I don’t suppose you can ask more of a journalist than objective reporting but the case is one of those right-wing “conspiracy’ revelations, that George Bush, his Attorney General, Mr. Ashcroft, and the rest of the GOP passed on as well.
