Thanks for the tip, HT. Haven’t seen it.

And sometimes even a five-part, 9,000 word-high mountain of text can’t convince someone that a certain film is less trivial than they think, but I promise you, I’m done with it!

Carl, I think you must have a thing for Penny Lane. There’s no other reason to spend so many words on a pleasant but trivial film. By the way, what did you think of Taking Woodstock? I think it captures something about the late 60s better than Almost Famous gets the early 70s.
