That said, I’m not sure what you mean regarding the importance of the throngs of Ryan supporters.

I can’t say what such numbers indicate, but like Pauline Kael said, I know no one who is voting for Romney near me. Let’s hope I live on Manhattan! Unfortunately this is an anecdotal account from the “carcinogenic coast” of Gulf Coast Texas. Let’s hope I’m wrong.

Where do you get such confidence in Romney living in Massachusetts? I live in Texas and can honestly say that I know no one who is a conservative–let alone a person willing to vote for Romney. It’s depressing.

At best I know a lot of Ron Paulistas. Lord, hear my prayer.
