		<description><![CDATA[I am largely in agreement with all of this, though I think the initiative will fail in the absence of better regulation of the Stock market and of mega-banks.

Be that as it may, I think the Fed is probably the last American institution with a clear and correct sense of what our return to prosperity would be like, no matter what party was in power.

It&#039;s a shame that it finally has to get spattered with the mud, too.]]></description>
