		<description><![CDATA[If more Americans had been persuaded then none of that would have mattered.  Voting has never been easier.  Voters are accommodated in many ways they were not previously and they still do not all go to vote.  The more I think about this, the more it offends my conservative soul to think that individuals must be &quot;community organized&quot; to get them to the polls.  This cannot be our problem.]]></description>
