		<description><![CDATA[I wonder if some sort of local public transportation system would work here.  There could literally be busloads of people arriving at the pubs.  And if these were owned and operated by the towns/villages/whatever-form-of-local-governance, it might also provide revenue that isn&#039;t seen as more taxation.
Of course, it all depends on 1) the size of the locality and 2) how far out from town these rural citizens are.

Also, speaking of St.Paul/Minneapolis bands....what about Craig Finn/The Hold Steady?]]></description>
