But more importantly, the GOP can&#039;t present a positive, unified message right now because it&#039;s not a unified party.  Much of the party base didn&#039;t vote for the likes of Mike Castle because they believe he&#039;s just plain wrong about how government should operate.  Heck, he&#039;s wrong about how the government even CAN operate.  We&#039;re arguing about fundamentals, not about edge effects.]]></description>
