Best political ad in a quarter century?

Check it out:

Chinese Professor

I think "Chinese Professor" might be the best political ad since 1984:

Ronald Reagan TV Ad: "The Bear"

These are ideology-defining appeals.

PS: Plus there is a Chinese chick in the student body who is flat-out hotter-n-Hades.

PPS: Although, having watched it a few times now, I have to wonder whether it has the air of inevitability to it.

If I weren't aware of the [looming] catastrophic effects of 1-Child, then I might accept it as inevitable.

I agree -- it's a terrific ad.

The Chinese also own the debt we've been running up in Iraq. Funny how the professor left that out.

American troops get killed in Iraq, Chinese companies get multi-billion dollar contracts to develop Iraqi oilfields. That could get a few laughs from the students.

And of course no companies in China are "nationalized" or controlled by the Communist Party or the PLA.

Whomever came up with the commercial must think that there are a lot of idiots in America.
Where apathy is the master, all men are slaves!
