Rest. Maybe wipe away a tear or two. It is okay to let yourself feel all of your sadness, sometimes. Otherwise, how will you recognize joy, when it comes?

Isaiah is a wonderful part of Advent, and seems particularly wonderful and uplifting to me this year.
Also, the Dominican Nuns in Summit NJ have uplifted my gift giving this year. Thanks for telling us about their wonderful convent, growing community and wonderful products.

welcome indeed the heritage that falls to me!
From the evening prayer for today (as listed in Magnificat). I wrote this down in my quote books as I firmly beleive in Chesterton’s democrasy of the dead. If I am not mistaken, i also remember that you feel that events are occurring concurrently. We know what awaits us because we know our heritage.
