Indiana has Outlawed All Human Cloning

I guess the media didn’t like this story, since it went almost completely unreported, but on May 4, Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels signed legislation that completely outlaws all human cloning in the Hoosier State. That makes seven states, with hopefully more to come.
