The emails just recently made public are not just illuminating with respect to the scientific intergrity of this particular group of scientists, or the general scientific legitimacy of global warming as a whole, but the peculiar way the modern preoccupation with politically neutral science has a tendency to clandestinely import the most ideologically rigid political attachments.
