When asked, “Is medicine a noble profession?” Kevorkian’s final answer was “No, it is not.” Also from this interview: “The single worst moment of my life . . . was the moment I was born.” Okay. Hmm.
Kevorkian may consider his work a healing ministry—sure, if he considers the sickness to be life itself—but we should never make that mistake.
