Most recently, he denounced Britain for inviting the pope because, regarding the sex-abuse scandals, the Church ” is anti-Christ in teaching and doctrine .” One wonders what Church teaching and doctrine he would approve of.
But he ought to throw her a bone at least once, don’t you think? After all, the Church has always been there for him to bash.
