Look at the polls .

Despite the unpopularity of his policies and the perception that we’re going in the wrong direction, the president’s approval rating is not terrible.

The election today would be close, with Perry losing narrowly and Romney probably winning. But the results in the key swing state of Pennsylvania aren’t that promising, actually.

Romney is now less than double-digits behind Perry nationwide. And he would win in CONN and California. He remains competitive in SC.

So it’s hardly over, in any of the meanings of “over.”
