Nestled in a valley alongside the Appalachian ridge known as White Oak Mountain, Collegedale is home to some 4,600 people, most of them Seventh-day Adventists. Collegedale&rsquo;s major gift to popular culture are the Little Debbie snack cakes shipped across America from its sprawling McKee Bakery. But as the town&rsquo;s name suggests, its true
