Terri Schiavo’s father, Robert Schindler, died last night of apparent heart failure at the age of 71. His health was broken by the ordeal of trying to save his daughter’s life and he never fully recovered from the horror of watching her dehydrate to death.  The family is grieving.

Letters of condolence can be sent to: Terri Schindler Schiavo Foundation, 5562 Central Avenue ~ Suite 2 – St. Petersburg, FL – 33707

My cousin was just “euthanized” this way – I tried to save his life, but to no avail. I understand the thing about never fully recovering. May Mr. Schindler now rest.

I am grieved at this news. I believe that as the TSS foundation’s press release says, he is now with Terri in a place where death has been vanquished.

Is that your diagnosis, or the doctor’s?

HW-get bent. The man just died and you are spewing sarcastic, lame witticisms on an RIP post. Disgusting.
