Also: The stimulus might be failing, but the regulatory schemes keep coming! Ask not how much much worse it has to get before this congress and this president will stop spending money; they won’t. The leadership void is getting worse.

And the stimulus spending: AJ says is tracking it and he’s unhappy. Very unhappy.

Hardest Working Man in Showbiz: that would be our theatrical president

Speaking of theatrics – did Obama learn from Iran or is Iran learning from Obama – either way they loves the political theater. There is a report that the US is going to try to block sanctions against Iran at the upcoming G8. Who knows if it’s true, but I’m already seeing rumblings along the lines of “Ahmadinejad’s poodle.” Don’t like it.

George W. Bush: Obama picks up another of his policies. Wow. I can’t wait to hear MSNBC go off on him tonight for being a fascist nazi bushitler clone.

Bill Clinton: Long lost Bill, perhaps feuding with Obama? We need the entertainment, so I hope so. Hot Air has more.

Sarah Palin: Jonah sez Relax; you’re blowing it. I too think she needs to stop whining about the bad coverage. It’s going to be part and parcel of what is thrown her way.

The car video was hilarious! I showed it to my teenaged niece who laughed and then asked if it were a real car and how did Iowahawk make that video?

    Thank you for the laughs!

Anchoress, In the many years I’ve been following you and learning from you, this is the first time I’ve written to disagree with you. Gov. Palin has not whined about bad coverage of her; rather, she has stepped up to defend her young children.
I, for one, am glad that she is defending her own. I often wished that Pres. Bush had — even occasionally — forcefully defended himself and his policies.
I’m not buying in to the media/establishment
Republican portrayal of Gov. Palin as a whiner.
I follow the governor — and you! –on Twitter. She’s full of positive positions. You might want to check her out if you haven’t done so already.
    God bless!

[I don't dislike Sarah Palin. I predicted McCain would go for her and thought she was the best choice he could make. I also think she is an admirable woman who has been savaged (please scroll down and read) but I also agree with Jonah's take on this, which is also my take; the press is always going to be there and it's always going to be 14 years old. Let her destroy them on substance, which she's capable of doing. The only way for her to succeed despite them is to be 10 x as capable as anyone else on the national stage. -admin]

It does seem to me that it would be good if someone would take on the press in the public arena, other than Rush Limbaugh.

I don’t think she has whined, either. And I refuse to listen to the “experts” who seem to think that the press is undefeatable.

LOL, LOL, LOL!!! The Pelosi Car ad is hilarious! Thanks for sharing it with your readers. With all of the bad news out there, it’s nice to know not everyone has lost their sense of humor.
